      I have bought a handful of systems from Daycool over the last 5 years and had service from most of the Daycool technicians at both my rental units and personal residence. I just had a unit installed last month and am completely satisfied. I've never had any problems with equipment or service; however, I do understand how miscommunications can occur. Overall, I highly recommend Daycool.

      Original Service March 2024 Daycool reached out with a phone call offering "tune up special $59". Setup appt for Friday. What a mistake. The guy, named ******, shows up, goes straight in the Attic to check the capacitor and looks around with a flash light. I could immediately tell he has no clue on why he's here. I asked if he knew that this is suppose to be a "tune up" and he kind of gets an attitude and says he always dose a full inspection. I let it go and just continued to observe. Well, long story short, he never looked at my filter, never cleaned the drain pipe, left my attic light on, left the a/c set to 63 degrees. Left the insulation mess in the hallway, and never opened up the outside unit to service it. He just checked Freon levels. He then proceeds to his truck asking for payment says he is going to write me a quote for adding insulation to my attic and replacing pipe wrapping. I go and write them a check. Walk it out to the truck where he is on his phone. Give him the check and go back inside my garage, and waiting for the quote. Next thing I know he is gone. No quotes no nothing. This is the last time Daycool will ever set foot in my house. Was told that this "tune up" would be $59, ended up being $79. NEVER AGAIN.Update 3/27/2024 ****** Review So I had my A/C guy come out to service my system to get it ready for the Summer. I forgot to mention that ****** with Daycool said the bulb was blown on my UV light. Turns out that was the bulb on the old U/V light system that was unplugged because I had replaced it with a dual light system that the bulbs are fine. You could tell that the old system was completely unplugged right on top of the unit. So my A/C guy gave my entire system a thorough cleaning checked it out from top to bottom. Found I had a Freon leak and low Freon. Repaired it for me and cleaned up behind himself. Sometimes it just pays to pay a little extra for professional service. I will never be taken in for the "cheap tune up calls" again.

      We are sorry you feel this way, there are some inaccuracies in your description of this situation and we will not entertain back and forth argument. We are not happy you were not pleased with our service. Quotes for findings actually were sent and any discrepancies with the technician have been handled. Thanks for the opportunity! We strive to offer excellent customer service and our reputation proves it. You as a customer have been unreasonable with this.
