    One of the worst companies I have dealt with to date. I called to schedule a 30 yard dumpster for a Wed, June 28, 2024 delivery for roofing materials. Initially unwanted that the dumpster would be delivered the following Monday by noon. I then received a call back from the company. ******* from the company informed me that a dumpster came available early and would be delivered on Friday, June 28th as originally requested. Friday came and went without the dumpster being delivered with no notification from the company. Of course they were closed all weekend so I had to leave a message requesting an update as to what happened. Monday 8am I called and they advised that the dumpster would be delivered by noon as one of their trucks were down. Okay no problem, sadly they didnt deliver until 4pm and the company did not even inform me. That was only after calling 7 times asking as to when the dumpster was being delivered. I understand trucks breaking down but the lack of communication and disrespect toward customers is disappointing. My roofing crew finished the roof mid day on Monday without any dumpster showing up. I had to pay my crew another day just to pick up all the debris and place it into the dumpster. When asked for a discount due to my profit loss from their lack of professionalism, I was offered $75, still not enough to cover my $400 fee I had to pay my crew. To top it off, I was promised pick up of the dumpster on Wed, July 3 just to be informed by the homeowner at 4pm on Wed that the dumpster still had not been picked up. Now Im being told that the dumpster will not be picked up until Friday due to the holiday, causing my client to now not be able to use his driveway for his holiday party. Do not use this company, they do not stand my their word. They do not communicate and will rob you if youre money. If I could, I would put a 0 as rating.
