    This business worked on my ** a while back, the first red flag is when they could NOT even be bothered to plug my HDD back in and figure out how to put my CPU air cooler's fan back on! They were also very rude towards me at the time I went to pick it up and said word for word, "We should have charged more". This is not worth the price I paid especially since the part they gave me only lasted a month and was faulty. I ended up replacing it myself with a part that cost essentially the same as the repair $140. However, the part cost they replaced it with cost them only $40 dollars to purchase and was TOO low for my specs as I've been told by other repair shops here! Currently speaking, the ** no longer runs even after replacing the piece because of their negligence and I guess lack of knowledge of **s because what they did fried my motherboard! We go to repair shops like this with expectations that you know what you're doing and you fix the problem and don't cause more than what was started with. Not to have more and be out almost 400 dollars because of your carelessness.

    This business is not even accredited and is a ripoff !! The location ******************************************* , is the worst ******** I've ever seen !! Do not take your computer here !! ***** , the tech I met , lost all my data and files on Apr 4 , 2023 !! i returned to the store to try to talk w him about it , but he would NOT help OR give me a credit card refund !! If I could rate a zero , I would !! These IT techs are a scam , and will NOT work with you !! I explained when I left the store after trying talk over resolving , I will be filing complaint with better business bureau , and he didn't care !!
