    Window World installed my windows in November 2023. Since the installation, I have had to call them out to my house twice. The first time they came out in November the window in one of my bedrooms was not closed and locked, causing a cold draft to come into the bedroom. A contractor came out and fixed this problem. After Christmas, I called and texted and couldnt get a response. On Tuesday, January 2, ****, I called ****** to report the problem in one of my bathroom with the cold air coming in around the window seal. ****** asked me to send her pictures. I sent the pictures by text message to their cellphone and I never received a phone call as to when someone would come out to fix this problem. The bathroom is really cold and I am wasting energy and money trying to keep the bathroom warm. I had 17 windows replaced and now I am starting to regret choosing Window World to install these windows.

    VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took 161 day to get a window replaced that had lost the seal. Had to go in person to speak to someone about why my window had not been ordered. I was told I had to many service calls??? Was told on 2.27.2023 that my window would be ordered. Called back on 5.5.2023 and sorry but window had not been ordered. Was told they would order be placed. On 7.11.2023 went to the office and was told again the window had not been ordered because of too many service calls. After much discussion, they agreeded to order the window but in the future not so sure they would honor the warranty. The window in question was installed 3.7.2005. When dealing with this company you can never talk to anyone other than the receptionist (***) or office manager (Am*). I was never able to talk with the owner ***** I have never heard of a company not honoring the warranty because of too many service calls due to defective product.

    Excellent product...terrible customer service! I would never use this business again.Long and short, when I called to address some post install issues, the manager did not return my call; rather, the receptionist left a voicemail to inform me they weren't going to do anything to address those issues. When I tried to contact the manager back to let them know that was unsatisfactory, again...no response. As such, I haven't even had a chance to inform them about the way our installer complained about both the company and their work schedule while in our home. In essence, complaining about us while in our own home and the absolute filth left behind. Every surface inside and out was an absolute mess and took hours to clean the construction debris and adhesive off of the windows. I informed corporate consumer affairs of these issues so we will see if the owner of the river region window world values his customers any more than his management or installation team does.

    It's been over 6 months since signing contract. Their communication and lack of honesty is disturbing at best. They finally came out to install two weeks ago but discovered that the people sent to do measurements made a huge mistake and measured for just windows instead of complete enclosure. We've had to reschedule everything because of their lies and non-communication. I reached out to them again today to see what was going on but no results. I was told that someone would call us as always, but they never do. I'm looking into other companies to have this enclosure completed. Window World River Region ******* has been extremely disappointing at best. In my opinion the don't deserve any stars but i couldn't close this out without choosing a star *****/ **********, **

    The windows that were the sample are not the windows I received. I've reached out months ago and even wrote a letter to corporate, no one cares I've been waiting months for someone to come out to fix my windows, still waiting on a phone call back. Terrible choice of windows, I wish I could get my old windows back... No two windows are a like, everyone is different.. thoroughly discussed with them..
