      On December 11th, 2024, I signed a contract with ***** (owner of Rocket City Lights) agreeing for a permanent holiday Lights install that would be completed before Christmas. ***** was very professional & quick to respond, his media presence is legitimate, and the overall reviews were sound. He quoted me an estimate of $3750 for a full install, with 50% down payment prior to install and the final 50% due at install. The moment I paid the down payment, ***** completely disappeared. I reached out on the 16th asking when I should expect him & again on the 19th. However, Christmas came and went without any response. On Jan 2nd, 2025 - I again reached out asking for a refund. My husband and I both have attempted to contact him with no luck. So, I wrote a review on his ******** business page and reported his business page to ****. From that review, I had another member of the community reach out saying that he also is dealing with the same exact scenario. I have filed a CC dispute with ****, as well as a fraud alert with the ***. However, I am still out of pocket with $1,875.00 & need assistance with the resolution.
