    Entered contract for pool March of 2024. Construction started May 2024. Firepit was started in July of 2024 and was never completed. We were told they were waiting on "missing parts". Contacted them multiple times and were told in October they would be finishing within the week. Its now December 21st 2024 and no resolution. They also broke our fence. It is busted in several places and is hanging off on one side. When notified, they told us it was best for us to "just build a new fence." I have now been blocked from their ******** pages and no one answers the phone when we attempt to call the office. The concrete is cracked and different colors in several places and we have ladder holes in concrete (no ladder was ever ordered),which my son has tripped over several times. Also duct tape was left between coping and poured concrete.

    I greatly apologize for the inconvenience of these issues and how one of our managers handled this. It is being addressed, internally, on multiple levels. As to your items that need attention. Upper management has been in touch to coordinate correcting these issues. It is at the highest priority. I'm not sure why your calls aren't being answered. Please check to see if you are calling ************. Please know that the person who gave the response on your fence is being strongly coached so this type of response is never used again. This is not the experience we are known for, and it won't be accepted at any time from our team. I, again, apologize for us dropping the ball on this.
