This is the worst experience. Ive had with the **************** in all my life. Theyre only open Monday through Friday 8 to 4 so if you have an issue outside of those hours too bad for you, you cant get any help no technician will come out no one will give you over the phone instructions. Theyll take down your name and number And tell you someone will return your call on Monday during normal business hours. For an **************** theres no such thing as after hours normal business hours people use their Internet for all sorts of things at all times of the day and night my first month with this company I had issues three times within the first 30 days. In fact, I paid for my first month service and went without service for almost 2 weeks , the **************** goes out during a nice sunny calm days doesnt matter what the weather youll still be without Internet if something should happen, God forbid you like me and you work before they open and you dont get off until after they close Ive had a terrible experience with this ****************. I would never recommend this **************** to anyone for any reason I explain to them in great detail I was working from home. I had a deadline to meet it still didnt matter.

I understand your frustration. ******************** is a unique property in that we began operating under a bulk agreement and when new owners took possession of the property we terminated the bulk agreement. At this time we were going to ************** the property but there were no other Internet providers available so we made the decision to stay servicing the tenants under individual agreements. The issue is that the network was designed in a way that the property was to provide us power to the equipment using house power and now this infrastructure isn't being maintained and we experience constant power disruptions.
