"They are criminals, I try to use online portal and for the year Ive had it theyve still failed to set it up for my use so when I call to pay my bill through the automated machine I put in my credit card information and it informs me itll charge a 1$ fee and I agree but then payment fails and continues to fail until they connect me with someone, I have to pay my bill talking to someone now and they enter the same credit card information and inform me theres a 5$ fee on there end and still the 1$ fee for the automated end. I ask why it wont work on the automated line that is cheaper and they tell me its been declined to many times, I say I understand, thats what Im telling you that it declines my info but I give the teller that exact info and it goes through the first time every time." ...
