  I sent APS an email on 7/7/23 and they have not responded to my email regarding the Sump Pump and trench that they put at our din door that is not working. The email was sent to ***** and *****. We contacted them regarding the Sump Pump with a 22 feet trench drain outside with 100 feet 1 1/2 discharge to street. The work was done in June 2020 and we paid $3,200 to have the work done. Paraphrase of email sent listed below because BBB has a character limit.We have informed your company that our home has flooded multiple times since this work was done. ***** w/APS has come to our homes several times due to issues with our home flooding.We put down a new floor after the work was done because we thought we would not have any more problems with our din flooding after APS completed their work due to the fact that your company so called specialize in this type of work. We told him even if we could clean out the trench it would have been impossible to do so because the galvanized stamped steel grate was cemented down over the trench, which means we could not remove it to clean it out. ***** also told us it was done wrong, and it should not have been cemented down. ******************* the cement that was over the galvanized stamped steel grate on January 25, 2023, to allow us to be able to clean it out moving forward. My husband informed ***** that we would like APS to pay for us to get our din floor replaced and he stated he would talk to someone above him to see if they would replace the din floor. ***** also told us that APS no longer does this type of work and I see why they no longer do it. My husband has called and left messages for ***** several times, since he has stated that APS will not replace our floors, but he will not return his calls. ***** seems to care more about APS customers after the sale. Please make this right!I have pics to show that APS cemented the galvanized stamped steel grate over the trench and the debris in the trench.

  I was billed by APS for services not provided. When I was contacted (4-13/22) by the tech to for the appt. I explained to her that construction on the property would prevent spraying at the current time and I would need to postpone service 2 weeks and she agreed. She texted me again on the 19th asking to come by on the 20th and I reminded her of our conversation and then she requested the 29th and I agreed. She did not show on the 29th and we were not in contact again after that. Imagine getting a bill for nonservice performed on 4/27/22. When I called to cancel and explain my issue, they ignored my complaint and asked if I was experiencing issues with pests and an offer to respray. I have learned my lesson with filing my credit card info with any company and I will not be using them again. ** No camera footage of anyone from APS showing up on either day and I have all texts/records of every time a tech showed up and asked if I wanted to be billed or use the card on file. No excuse APS!
