      Dont use this company! They are completely disrespectful of their clients time by not showing up for 6+ scheduled appointments, with no courtesy call-just no shows! They lied to us by telling us our part was ordered two different times when indeed it was not. They are completely disorganized and it felt a bit like we were being scammed the entire time.

      I'm sorry you did not understand the process. Your warranty company sent your work order to **. After several attempts to send in your diagnosis they finally responded weeks later and denied your claim which is the reason your upset and are leaving a bad review. We have no control over what claims get approved and which ones do. As for us lying to you we never did that. We had your parts ordered but the warranty company never approved us to install. We lost money and never made anything from you workorder. Sorry for your inconvenience and the confusion. We can only do what your warranty company allows us to do.

      I am compelled to share my recent frustrating experience with Jones ******* Services, LLC. I scheduled an appointment to fix the heating element in my GE oven, a crucial repair that I was eagerly awaiting. However, the day of the appointment came and went without any sign of their technician.What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of communication from their end. There was no phone call, email, or message to inform me of any delays or rescheduling. I was left waiting, rearranging my day's schedule for an appointment that never materialized.Not only was my time disrespected, but the lack of professional courtesy in simply communicating a delay or cancellation was startling for a company with '*******' in its name. The inconvenience caused by an inoperable oven continues, and I am left to seek out another service provider who values customer time and communication.I hope that Jones ******* Services, LLC takes this feedback seriously and improves their scheduling and communication processes. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
