    The owner of mr ********************** in ********** is a ***** and a scammer.

    My new septic tank was backing up and I called Mr. ********************** for an appointment. I have used them for years and I thought I could trust them. A technician came over and cleared the line. That cost me $262.50, after my military discount. But, within two days the back up returned. I had mentioned to the technician I recently had a new tub installed. He said, he wasn't trained to do work underneath the house. Another technician was called out and realized the problem wasn't a back up, but a plumbing problem in the crawl space. He was able to fix my PVC plumbing problem. That total was $763.50 with my military discount. I called the owner (*****) to discuss the 90 day warranty, because the first attempt didn't solve the real issue.The owner put me off for weeks. I feel the $262.50 should be reimbursed, because the first technician only basically put a bandaid on the real problem. Where's their 90 day guarantee? Mr. ********************** is claiming I had two different situations, but no. Otherwise the problem would not have returned. Again, false leading on their 90 day guarantee. There are a lot of plumbing companies and I will not be using Mr ********************** ever again. As a long time customer I felt I would have been treated better. $262.50 is a lot of money for a retired person, but Mr ********************** didn't care.
