    My experience with Critter Control of ********** has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. They charged me $698 for removal and trapping of squirrels along with $3736.70 for exclusion repairs and a one year warranty in April 2024. To my knowledge they did not trap or remove a single squirrel and they spent ( one person) a half a day adding some exclusion material. In early October 2024, I could hear squirrels in the attic again so I contacted Critter Control ( an 877 number, I cannot get a local number) to follow up on the warranty. On Nov 25, I was finally able to get a technician to my house ( a month and a half after I started calling). He installed traps and said they would come and monitor the traps every several days. I have had to call multiple times to get someone to come back. I've been able to have a technician check the traps only twice since they were installed (December 6 and December 18). Both times they found dead squirrels. Now it is December 24, 2024. Once again I was told there would be technicians on site today to check traps and install addition exclusion hardware. No one has shown up, again. I've called the 877 number and was told someone was scheduled to be here. I texted and left messages for who I believe to be one of the managers. No response. I work for a company that prides itself in customer service. ********************** is a nationwide company and I'm sure they believe in customer service at the Corporate level. The Birmingham franchise is destroying Critter Control's reputation. They have been consistent in their response to me, so I have a hard time believing that my experience is unique.
