    Had them out to service my AC and replace a water heater. I had ********* out in the home (I guess they have people who specialize in one service over the other). both techs were great, told me what they were doing and what to expect, they gave me options, and let me know what need to be taken care of today and what may be able to wait until later. I wish I remembered the tech's names as I would love to give them an attaboy but I can not remember off the top of my head (old age I guess). Overall these guys were great and I will be using them again!

    The bar has been set! I have hired professionals for so many different projects since moving to the ********** area and had either settled for mediocre/subpar work or been very disappointed. When it came to the electrical work, I was not looking forward to locating someone qualified.******* ******** changed that! I felt heard, respected and received answers that were clear/understandable. ******* didn't rush nor pressure me. All of my immediate issues were fixed and *************** were given to me for the not so immediate projects.I will absolutely use, and shout praise to all my friends and neighbors about, Blake Brothers!

    This company jerked me around for three days. They didn't return phone calls when they said they would, didn't send out a plumber when they said they would, and were all-around unprofessional. ?

    Dear ******* We are very sorry that there was confusion around scheduling your service to return and install your customer supplied faucet. Our CSR did tell you we would be out that afternoon and the tech was unable to go. Someone from our office should have called that afternoon. We try very very hard for 140 years to give good service to our customers and value their business. We are a small business and do occasionally make mistakes.We did try to call you at 7:42 the next morning and we were unable to leave you a voicemail on your phone. As you know we did return that day and install your faucet. In addition, our manager called and offered a Whole home maintenance valued at $174 for your trouble, We do occasionally make mistakes and we tried to offer you a free service to make you happy. Our csr has gone through additional training and we appreciate you letting us know you were not happy. It helps us to train but we are sorry for your inconvenience.Sincerely ************* General Manager .
