    I have been using Bunns and Bennett for several years! All ways on time and tech takes the time to explain work done and findings of the service call! Their office always tells me the name of the tech making the call!

    Drastically overcharged me. Labor rate was $320 per hour to replace a squirrel cage fan in my HVAC. Only the fan was broken. I had to buy the fan and motor at a cost of $400!Refused to give a copy of the bill.It is late November I need a heating system. They took advantage of me.

    Upon arrival to the residence, ************** quickly went to work diagnosing the issue. He found that the inducer fan motor was broken and needed to be replaced. He then informed ****************** that the total cost of the repair would be $720.40. This price includes the service call trip charge, diagnostic, part, and labor. When the service call was scheduled, ****************** was made aware that the service call trip charge and diagnostic was $119.00. In addition, if any repairs were needed there would be parts and labor cost incurred as well. ****************** then asked for a copy of the invoice and was told our technicians do not have the capability to print in our trucks but we would be glad to email and/or mail him a copy the following day. We are sorry ****************** feels this way but are confident we provided quality repair work and a fair price.
