  I ******************************** to replace rotted wood on the eve of my roof. Link showed up on time and was friendly. He completed the job in about four hours, then asked if I wanted to see the work. In order to view this area, it is necessary to stand in my neighbor's yard. Because of the viewing distance and my near sightedness, the eve looked better than it had previously.Two days later my son came into town and planned to do this project for me. I was happy to tell him he could just enjoy his one-day visit because I'd hired the work done.My son checked on the work and discovered that although the rotted wood had been replaced; it had measure incorrectly leaving a seven-and-a-half-inch hole on one end and six-inch gap on the opposite end.Animals and weather had direct access to my attic.As a result, my son wanted to ensure that the work was completed before he had to leave town, so he spent four hours repairing the work that I spent over $600 having done.

  My technician at Mr ****** is a lifesaver! **** does everything I ask, and the results are even better than I expected. The work is flawless, there is absolutely no clean-up left for me to do afterwards, and the service could not be better...I love my Mr *****!!!

  Back in December 2022, a storm dislodged a piece of siding from the house. I called Mr. ********************** and they sent someone out fairly quickly and fixed the siding. In July 2023, another storm dislodged the same piece of siding. I called Mr. ********************** about the same piece of siding coming off. He stated they would charge me again because they could not be responsible if storm dislodged siding piece again. I thought this odd since it had not even been a year, and now the piece of siding is damaged. But I still wanted them to come out to fix. On 18 August, I contacted them to set up an appointment and they requested a picture of the damaged area. I sent the picture and have not heard from them since. I followed up on 21 and 25 August and still no answer. I do not recommend!

  We @ Mr. ********************** regrets that we weren't as prompt in getting back to you in a timely fashion. The repairs that was completed back in December of 2022 did have a 6month warranty on workmanship as with most of our services. However, Mr. ********************** can not warranty repairs that an act of nature has caused. From my understanding during the time of request, there were strong storms through that area and caused the damage. We did eventually return and took care of the issue but did have to charge for service.

  I have used Mr. ********************** three times in the last few months to perform some tasks at my new business location. I have had two different Handymen and they were both great! My projects ranged from mounting corkboards, hanging blinds, laying flooring, to replacing a door in the garage area. Both gentlemen had great attitudes and were very personable even through the heat. I recommend Mr. ********************** and will certainly use their services again.
