    He initially tasked to replace the entire cedar flooring of our above-ground pool deck. We decided to just remove the the pool and deck entirely. The requirement changed to a major demolition of the deck instead. This consisted of removing several hundred sq. feet of cedar decking, all of the supporting structure consisting of bolted joists and numerous 6X6 posts. He also removed the residual electrical conduit (previously disconnected). The entire job required a high level degree of carpentry and mechanical capability due to the complex design of the original deck.Due to the geography of our yard it required an extensive amount hauling work to get it all out of the yard.It was an incredible amount of work over a weeklong period. Throughout the whole process he was pleasant and great to have around. His pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work preformed.

    ****** did an installation of a door and touch key lock. the door was great but the lock he installed incorrectly with shorting out the wiring. So I asked him to come back and fix it and he "ghosted" me. So I ordered a new one and put it in myself to see for myself the wiring he put in for that lock was burnt being too close to the metal. so now I have the new lock in but the dead bolt part doesn't work and ****** is still "ghosting" me. ONCE he gets paid he does not back up his work...BE AWARE DO NOT PAY HIM TILL THE *** IS FULLY COMPLETED
