  ***************************** came out on short notice when a flooring contractor left a hole in my floor and then concealed it. Someone could have been catastrophically hurt. ***************************** was very knowledgeable about what to do. I already had a service contract with them for the foundation of my **** house. I chose them due to their length of time in business and referrals from others who have lived in ********** a long time.

  Kennedy and Son installed a LintelLift at my home. The installation was smooth, done on time, and their team did a great ********* up after they were finished. Very satisfied with their work.

  I had a problem with cracks in the brick ****** over the garage. Kennedy Brothers responded quickly and corrected the problem within 3 days. The LintellLift had to be replaced in addition to polyerethane foam added for support to the foundation. The job was completed efficiently, and the crew worked diligently to complete the work. After the work was completed, the crack in the ****** was closed. I am 1 00% satisfied with the work that was done. I appreciated the time ******************************* took to explain each step of the process and why it was needed. Also, he treated his workers with great respect. I highly recommend them for this type of problem.

  ************* the estimate and the actual work were executed in a timely and professional manner. ******************************* helped himself with the new design as we had a special case that needed his experience to resolve an existing problem. The crew showed up when stated and immediately started working on the new Lentil Lift. You could tell that the crew had worked together as each one helped the others as needed (e.g. if someone was on a ladder). The team has installed a lot of Lentil and it showed by their efficiency. After completion of the final outside dressing, the site was cleaned up and wiped down as stated. I would easily recommend Kennedy and Sons again!

  We contacted **** at Kennedy and Sons for specific information on constructing a pergola that can withstand a level 5 windstorm. **** referred us to several architects that could design a pergola that both looked nice and could handle future windstorms. I would strongly recommend Kennedy and Sons.

  This post is to warn others about our interaction with/hiring this company.A five day to complete the job contract was signed. It was almost one year later before the job was done. PLUS every thing that was done has required additional work! A two month inspection after job was finished was never done. A request to remove the drain was ignored and not done. The foam insulation to lift the foundation has caused additional problems. The piers have left open holes in the yard.We spent close to ********* to repair our home. We feel it was a waste of money having this company do the work. IF there was a minus of stars, this company would deserve one from us.BEWARE!**** and ************
