    > I purchased the ********************* SWAS Agency program back in March 23,2022. Upon signing up for the course, I attended orientation, onboarding calls and watched the initial set of training modules provided. It was at this time that I start learning about additional costs involved to cover fees and use additional software that were never brought up during the initial calls and orientation. I feel misled, as there was no mention of the additional access fees or software needed to progress successfully with this program. These fees I refer to are a $495 monthly access charge for a PRO version of the program and monthly twilio fees.> For the price tag of this program ($11,900) it should be sold with a user website included, which it does not. I do not have additional funds to continually invest into hidden access fees. This entity also makes money for each person who joins their GO-High level version. It is completely ilegal for a business to be lucrative in such way from people without previous knowledge of what the product fully consists of. Had I known beforehand that I was signing up for an incomplete service program, requiring a monthly access fee to run the course to its full potential, I would have made my decision with better judgement. I feel completely misled and disappointed. I requested cancellation within the seventh day of the thirty day trial stated and this company - ********************* SWAS Agency Program - still refuses to issue a refund. I am willing to fight to the bitter end to have my money refunded and warn others of this companys scheme method.
