    Lance Carter was very nice, and he made me feel very SPECIAL, he did an excellent job as to explaining, and demonstration exactly how the process works, as far as my shower/tub remodeling.

    "Every product and service is fully backed, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed." This line could not be more false or misleading. Had work done in September to replace our gutters. Was encouraged not to seek a second opinion because we were told it was emergent to have them replaced. Was lead to believe work would start ASAP. 3+ weeks later before any work was done. Very difficult to get anyone to call us back. Last month had some interior water damage. Roofer inspected and told us the gutters were not installed properly and were spilling over. I have called the company 3 times over a three week period: July 21, July 15, and July 5 (approximately). All three times I have been assured I will be a top priority and someone will call back to schedule an evaluation due to our lifetime warranty. I have yet to hear anything despite giving more than a week leeway after the first two phone calls. We feel very mislead about the customer service promises that were made.
