    My experience is that Oakwood's leadership is unresponsive and lacks transparency. Lack of proper customer service system in place; you barely can get through to admin staff by phone.It appears that there is false advertising, allegedly, being practiced; They appear to be overpromising and underdelivering, in some areas of academia and services, and many students are eventually frustrated.Finally, in my experience (and if you check many online reviews) there's historic poor record keeping and I've written to the University several times about it without satisfaction.

Oakwood University is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
