    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allens Carpet Cleaning. Initially, they scheduled an appointment but failed to take down my address. When I tried to provide my address over the phone, they didn't answer. I had someone else call on my behalf, and while they promptly returned that call, they continued to ignore mine.Their excuse was that workers didn't show up, and they asked us to reschedule. Despite confirming a new appointment, they never showed up or communicated that they wouldn't be coming. This complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend ******************************************************************** Company to anyone.

    Dear **, I am so sorry we could not service you at the time we had scheduled. It was the morning after the 4th of July holiday when I called you to inform you that my tech was out of communication with me and I'd call when I heard from him. Also, I do not remember rescheduling as I had no idea that day if that could happen. He ended up stranded at a lake out of county with his car stuck in the mud and no phone to reach **** on the other hand have been feeling ill for the past two weeks and my voice was about gone as you could tell on the phone with me. Sometimes things are just out of my hands but tomorrow begins a new week if we can make this up to you.I will call you tomorrow.
