    I wish I could give Hoover Glass more stars! I cracked my glass top on my desk and called this company. ****** was so kind and actually listened to me and told me how to replace it the best way. I gave her the measurements (and it is a significant size--6.5 feet long) and she said it would be ready that week. Living alone, I asked if they had delivery (they do) and would they take the old glass (they did). It was installed today 10 days after I called (and that includes two weekends. **** was great and installing it and allowing me the time to clean the desk after he removed the old glass. So bottom line--kindness, helpfulness, promptness, communication, and professionalism and GREAT pricing. (BTW, a piece of acrylic cost quite a bit more). You can't ask more than that!
