      Tech stripped my oil pan & plug! Negligent!! Offered to get me a rental while my car was being repaired elsewhere- couldn’t do that right either. Then, after promising me that they would bet me squared away, refused to acknowledge their faulty repair. $**** worth of repairs- I have to foot the bill. Will NEVER use them again and will tell everybody to RUN!!

      I asked for price of oil change. After my oil had been drained I was told a price of around $**. I stated the price was higher than i expected, the tech stated they could stop service and i could go somewhere else. Telling me I could leave with no oil in my engine and no oil filter on.
