** the Flipman Scammer. on 08/03/23 I purchased his ********************* program. I paid $67 - speak with Flipman By Phone, $97 Ultimate Wholesale Package, and $47 Wholesale Secrets System. I called this BASIC. He released videos to watch and get educated. He invited those who purchased to Zoom meeting the following week. I watched 2 or 3 videos for week one. Week 2 ** the Flipman presented hyped message and informed us that the basic he sold us will NOT get us anywhere fast. His WHOLESALE ACCELERATOR PROGRAM will help us get deals fast and make money fast. I was convinced. He offered credit if you can't afford to pay NOW. He charged $750. After that day, the deal was over, the pressure was on. He sent a link to sign up with Affirm to make payments for the $750 until balance is completed. The new $750 get-rich-quick deal involves the following promises from ** the Flipman: "In this video Im going to give you a full breakdown demo of how to use Dealulator. Using this tool Ill show you how to find? How to find out who owns a vacant house ? How to make a motivated sellers list using Dealulator ? How to make a Cash Buyers list using Dealulator ? How to find the Hottest Zip Codes in any location for wholesaling. Do not miss this. This is absolutely essential if you want to be successful with Wholesaling. >>> Check out the Dealulator Demo now". As soon as I signed up for the Wholesale Accelerator program, the basic program disappeared. I could not access it any longer. The Dealulator took its place. I wondered why sell us basic if we didn't need it. Once I needed the Dealulator, to get me to the next level fast like he said, I discovered he is charging $99 per month for the Dealulator program. No transparency. I have no more money for him. I requested cancellation on 09/05/23, less than 30 days. He said Affirm must cancel, ****** said he must cancel. He refused to cancel, This $750 is on my credit report. Avoid this plague. He must refund Basic and Affirm money.

If I could give a (-0) I most definitely would!! On June 4th I was intrigued by possibly making Extra money while watching the Video. I'm educated enough to know that this was too good to be true after the fact. I fell for it for a few hours, then I contacted them, the Same day by text, they responded oddly by text, w/o answering or trying to give me a Refund. The Video states, written & verbally by him that u could get a Refund within 30 days. I tried 2 contact them also by phone with no answer. I told them exactly what I needed from them. All of this is on the same day that I paid by Card. I WANT MY $47 REFUND!! They are Big Time Scammers. I will tell everyone that I come in contact with about ************************ This isn't over yet, FLIP Man!!! (Oooh, July 4th-30days to get a Refund, ********** haven't given me a Refund yet, Shame on them!!!

I joined FlipMan.Net organization on 5/2/2023 for $1 on a 7-day trial. At the time I joined they were offering a 6-month membership special for $170. Alternatively, at the end of the 7-day trial, my card would be charged a $45 monthly membership fee if I did not cancel my trial membership. I did not cancel and was charged the $45. Okay, that is fine . . . I expected that. However, on the last day of the trial I texted them to request to join the $170 special. A guy named ***** replied to confirm my authorization to charge the card on file. I replied that I wanted to use a different card. They replied back the special was no longer available. So I sent them a text back instructing them to go ahead and charge the card on file. They again texted me back and said the special was not available. I insisted that they honor their word and sent them two additional texts giving them opportunity to show integrity. The did not and chose to ignore my texts. My final text, "Okay . . . . . now that you have shown your true colors, cancel my membership and refund $45 to my account." No response. These people are scammers and I should have known better than to get involved with them. Save yourself the trouble and run as fast and far as you can. You WILL be disappointed.
