    I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this laundry facility. Upon arrival, I was met with an unexpectedly rude staff member who informed me that, while I could wash my clothes, drying them was not an option. This policy is profoundly inconvenient, particularly for individuals like myself who are bound by typical work hours until 5:30 PM and cannot manage their laundry needs during regular business hours.The lack of facilities to complete the laundry process on-site compelled me to drive 45 minutes to my grandmothers house just to wash and dry my clothes, an ordeal that could have been avoided with more thoughtful service. This experience has led me to conclude that I will not return to this establishment. The service was not only unhelpful but also exacerbated the inconvenience of managing basic laundry needs.
