    This woman came to my home and gave an estimate and assured me she could do the job (20 ft windows). Came with 3 professional tinters, her and two teenage boys. Well as my husband predicted she could not complete the job and she was going on vacation. I asked Letha if she would be back and again assured me she would. She did text me the next Monday that she was looking for another professional to help her. Waited a week and she wrote she would be at my house on Sunday. Never showed or called so I called her, she told she was talking to yet another professional and will call me on Tuesday. Waited until 3:30 pm Tuesday afternoon and I called her, only to be told she is annoyed by me calling all the time. I was without words since Letha made it a point to talk about her professionalism and working in HR. I did contact her after that and waited, she text me on June 18 that she secured scaffolding and will get with me on a day to finish. I waited until July 5th and text Letha for a timeframe, no response. On July 7th, I contacted Optical Technologies, which she told me to call if I did not get a response from her. The woman I spoke to said nothing she could do, yet another lie, then told me she would call her and have her contact me. This afternoon I received a text, poorly written for an HR professional, that she refuses to finish the job that she was paid $**** for a $**** job originally quoted. She was putting me on her no tint list and she could give me names and numbers of other tinters but good luck with that. So besides not finishing, leaving two windows with defects and leaving the windows she did complete dirty. This woman, Letha L*****r is not professional and will *** to get a job and do it poorly then cut you off when she is questioned. DO NOT USE HER!
