      Well let me tell you what thieves ACTION CHARTER SERVICES in gulf shores/orange beach are yall!!!! First upon booking they tell you you need to tip 30 a person. AS A TIP! Honest I have no problem tipping if someone does a great job but demanding it prior to the trip through us off. Heres the kicker. They make you pay the $30 tip per person before the boat even takes off before the service is even charged!!!! Excuse me!!! Moving past that, the captain had no decorum at all. No level of professionalism. As he cursed the whole time and never came out at all to meet the people on the charter. Yall it gets better they told me husband they were not allowed to bring their phones on trip as they didnt want people to find out about their secret spots. Including making them get scanned with a metal detector before coming on the boat!!! WHAT THE ***** (We now know its to cover up the illegal activity of over catching their limit and throwing dead snapper back into the ocean) In addition, they refused to bait the hooks of my daughters pole and didnt take any of the fish of the hooks. What in the heck are we paying these deckhands for? They werent even allowed to cast how far down they wanted as the captain would scream at everyone for casting at the bottom to catch a bigger fish. They only wanted everyone to catch 2 snapper and haul them back to shore. Once back to shore they try making to pay them AGAIN for bagging up the fish you caught after we cleaned them ourselves. What a waste of money and a horrible experience of our time! Over $400 spent for the worst charter experience we ever had. I tried calling the company with my complaints and they completely ignored me and argued with me. Denying their illegal dumping of over caught fish. And refused to give me a refund. And of course denied the illegal fish throwing.

      Paid for a charter for May 5th and when arriving the Captain refused to leave without a30% gratuity upfront. Would not refund the charter for any amount. Also we were short 1 person out of a paid for 12 group. So out of courtesy to rest of patrons I reluctantly agreed. Captain ***************************** was very rude and arrogant. I at least would like my gratuity of $300 back or my one person of $140 back plus the tip
