    Midgard is the worst place i have ever encountered. They have charged me late fees and other fees that I should not be charged . I have been on auto pay since 12-28-22 when I first rented my unit. Every few months it doesnt get taken out and I did not get a notice then the next month they take $389. out of my account.. Now if they can take it out then why couldnt they take it out the month they claim I'm late on ? Thats what I want to know. Then they charge to charge me for a lock fee on top of the late fees that they caused. I have been with them over 2 in a half years and they keep raising the price on my unit . It went from $44 a month to $121. That is a big difference. .I would not refer anyone to Midard . On top of all that the employees are nothing but RUDE AND LAZY. And say all they do is the uhauls and pick up trash. This is why they keep losing good loyal customers like me. Cause were tired of being treated so terriably. They keep doing what there doing folks are gonna catch on and get tired of it like me and go somewhere else. Before long they want have a company because of taking hard working peoples money with fees that didnt happen and over charging . I have contacted them about this so many in thew past 2 years and I get no replys and get talked to rude by the employees. I want all my money they have taken from my bank account without my permission back. Its over $550..
