  Roses Tree Service recently pruned a total of 5 trees on property located in the **************** and subject to City ordinance requirements. Two trees stand within 15 feet of our balconies and the roof of our 3-story property and are approximately 75 feet tall, 3 feet in diameter with a significant canopy over our building. The other trees are smaller and stand within 10 feet of our building and balconies. Our condo associations insurance company required the trees be trimmed to provide a 10' clearance from our building, all of which had to be completed within 30 days. Roses Tree Service was timely in responding to my request for an estimate and scheduling an appointment to perform the work. ****** from Roses Tree Service understood our need for urgency to get the work done and completed correctly. Within 9 days, he visited the site, provided an estimate, pruned the trees, cleared the area and cars of sawdust and branches, and hauled away the debris. ****** was also familiar with the City requirements and even requested a permit the same day that he met me at the location to assess the amount of work that would be required to develop an estimate. He was prepared to start the work when I accepted his proposal. ****** and his team (total of 3 people) worked efficiently and effectively to get the job completed. First, the team surveyed the site, the trees and the nearby cars. They positioned their bucket truck adjacent to our building and took care not to damage the cars parked close by. ****** expertly maneuvered the boom between the trees and the balconies and over our building to trim and remove tree branches and place them in piles where team members could remove them to the trucks positioned nearby. There was no damage to our property, the balconies or the cars. The team has obviously worked together on many jobs. ****** and his team did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Roses Tree Service for any tree pruning.
