    My husband and I have had *** HOME SECURITY for about 3 years now. We paid 60 a month for service in the beginning. It is ***** per month at the present. The security system has been difficult to operate. We were not shown properly how to turn it on and off. I have tried to reach out to *** for a visit to my house from a representative to come by the house to go over necessary instructions for the *** security system. We as of 8-22-2023 have a new security system installed by a local company that we are very please with. My husband and I both know how to operate this new security system and feel comfortable knowing how to use it. The *** EQUIPMENT was free. It cost us nothing. The only bill with *** was monthly service at ***** per month. The bill went up and up current paid ***** on August *******. *** refuses to refund our payment. They have a 30 day cancellation period. Once you cancel you have service for 30 more days that you owe for. No refund of payment. I have had the New Security System in since 8-22-2023 I have tried several days in a row to get *** on the phone to conceal service. The new security service is ***** per month for just service. This is so frustrating when one company *** is difficult to deal with when the new company is easy to deal with as well as their security system is easy to tap into.
