      Purchased two new toilets, installation. Installer did major damage to the floor, and I was blamed for a "bad floor", without any solution offered.Shortly thereafter, the same toilet was not flushing properly; the service tech came out, opened the tank, and BENT the NEW toilet mechanism as I watched in horror. Of course that didn't fix it.I requested a new toilet and was told I would be required to pay for another installation. From past experience, I won't be paying for ANOTHER hacked, unprofessional installation.

      POOR RESPONSE AND INADEQUATE SERVICE WITH NO FOLLOW UP. Goolsby Plumbing recently serviced bathtub plumbing/cleaned tub drain lines for slow draining tub. Shortly afterwards, we discovered tub still draining slow. I called them several times to report problem still existed. Each time the "receptionist" said owner was on another call and would call me back. Never happened! So the Drain problem never totally fixed at a cost of nearly $***. My loss their gain. So had another plumber out who found the drain was still clogged. He did his job and we have had no drainage problems since. In my opinion Goolsby should have done this right the first time or at least came back to correct the issue. Will never ever use them again!
