      I ordered ****** Posts in May of this year, and despite multiple emails and calls, never received them nor even got a reply to multiple queries. It is now August and still nothing. I've spoken to ************ on the phone multiple times and he was powerless to do anything, and even after he wrote ***************************** (owner), cc'ed me, and I wrote both of them again nothing's happened - not even an email reply - for 3 more weeks. Shameful. Avoid this company at all costs.

      I ordered and paid upfront ************************************************************* 3/4 weeks. I explained that I would not be at my residence after 6 weeks and nobody would be there to receive until April. Not a problem -- 3/4 weeks promised. Product did not arrive. Long story short, I spent the next months receiving lie after lie from the owner. He admitted that he did not read my certified letter, nor my e-mail. Phone not answered repeatedly. Promises, lies. Promised delivery on April 25th. Owner told me that my - MY - BALUSTERS WERE SOLD and needed to be remade. I requested refund (or balusters)On May 31 I received an e-mail stating that the refund would be sent by the *** on June 6.No refund received! Finally, conferred with my police ***** Today I have a promise from his lawyer that the refund would be sent via wire transfer. I certainly would not accept a check for obvious reasons. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      We recently received exterior tapered fiberglass columns from Worthington. They explained to us there was a longer than normal wait time of 4-6 weeks. They arrived 4 weeks after placing the order in perfect condition. I was hesitant on using this company with the reviews, but a friend recommended them and I had a great experience during the entire process. Maybe it was just a COVID snag, but they seem to be on top of everything. Chris was a pleasure to work with along with James and Kyle. Thank you guys!
