  My semi custom home builder uses this company.. I upgraded to a higher level of granite at an extra cost and this company put granite that looks like it was pulled from a dumpster in my new home.. chunks missing and poorly patched, scratches, and stains throughout.. the owner apparently came out after multiple complaints and declined to do anything other than send someone out to work on the seem. The slabs of granite in my home should have never been allowed to leave the warehouse and certainly should have never been installed into a home. A company with any decency should be embarrassed their name is attached to what they installed.

  A 75 inch vanity top with sinks was made and delivered to our home without, measuring vanity top. We were told that Paradise Granite would make it right after we had to fire our ** (***** Restoration) based that they had no license to do business. The facts cannot be disputed, that Paradise Granite worked with this unlicensed **. We were told Paradise Granite got paid by the ** for the Quartz. We were told by *** at Paradise Granite would make the vanity top right. Now are being told its not their problem and that we have to work with the fired **. This is unacceptable business practice of working with unlicensed **s and then the final customer is stuck with unusable product in their home.

  We never had contact with the homeowner. We were hired by the contractor who went through all the information on how he wanted the job, and no promise was ever made to redo the job that was hired by ***********************. After the new cabinets were installed, *** had offered to install the existing countertop as a courtesy. No promises were ever made. This complaint doesn't reflect what was discussed previously with the contractor.
