    First of all, I hate to complain but my small business is on the line. I am waiting on 18 houses of windows we ordered from February through March of 2022. Expecting delivery date was as early as 8-5-2022. Since then, I keep getting new dates further and further back. Communication was poor to begin with, and has pretty much stopped altogether. I am reporting this to the business bureau because I feel like I have been mislead and taken advantage of because I am a small company. I am hoping for some answers or resolutions because my customers are very unhappy with me at the moment, when there is nothing more I can do beside relay the few messages I do receive from "Ron". Please contact me any time, day or night. ( I very much look forward to speaking with someone. Thank you.

    Shwinco is working closely with Mr. Vaglica to complete his orders in a timely manner.  He received a shipment today and we are preparing another to deliver next week.  We regret that due to the high demand for our products we have fallen behind but are confident that ultimately Mr. Vaglica and his customers will be fully satisfied.

    I ordered windows in mid December 2021. I was told a good delivery time would be 12 to 16 weeks, more likely 12, which would have been in March 2022. It is now almost September 2022 and still no windows and almost no feedback from the company! When I called to check on them in May 2022 I could not get an answer. My salesperson has also claimed that he has been unable to get a communication back from them on many occasions. I have been given new delivery dates only to have the date changed. My feeling is that their customer service is terrible. Having read a previous BBB complaint, I am now also very concerned about the warranty. If they did not require 50% down, which probably is the total cost of production to them, I would be history. My recommendation, stay away from this company!
