"I shipped a well wrapped skid of batteries via AAA Cooper, and they were delivered to the vendor damaged and all over the truck. *** sent me a picture of the skid when it was on the *** dock, all intact, and have the nerve to claim it's not their fault because I didn't secure it well enough, and that the receiver did not document it was damaged." ...
