    The customer service team lead was dismissive when I complained about our collectors. They consistently leave trash in our yard or on the road, even peppered throughout our neighborhood down the street. When I complained the first time there was no response. I waited a week and complained again and I was met with a copy of their rules and the person told me its my neighbors job to pick up the trash the company spills. No apology and no resolution. This company charges twice what we paid with our last company and we have have no choice anymore. Martin is the only company allowed to operate in our county so they dont care about anyone. They dont even operate out of our state! A poor excuse of a company.

    We sent an employee out to your location and cleaned up all the trash.  If customers don't bag their trash properly it is very possible that some trash may come out when dumping.  We do our best to clean up as much as possible however cant always get every little piece.

    I would give "0" if possible. I have delt with them for 6 months and have tried my best to be understanding. When I decided not to renew my services after 4 consecutive misses. They want to argue and not refund the money owed for services they did not perform. They are a monopoly over the county residents and fail over and over again to provide the services you pay for. 1st you pay upfront (3months) for services not yet rendered. 2nd they blame you if there is an issue. 3rd they want YOU to prove they haven't performed. As if my integral word wasn't enough. Be patient. there are 2 other companies setting up to provide you service as well as give residents options.

    This company needs to be closed down and the contract should not be renewed with the City of *****. The company doesn't pick up trash on time and sometimes there are weeks before trash is picked up. Trash is scheduled to be picked up on Friday but sometimes Martin Environmental Services doesn't pick up trash until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Martin Environmental Services doesn't adjust the customer bill due to their noncompliance. The Director of Administration ***************************** is very rude when it comes to discussing your bill and making adjustments to the account. This company wants customer money and to pay their bills on time but they opt to delivery good service for the community.

    Martin never picks up the trash on time . They are rude when you try and talk to them . They are extremely unprofessional
