    I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS ASK THIS LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT ME or ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. My name is ***** ****** and this is THE worst experience I have ever had with a company with such a personal matter like this. If I could give -0 stars for this firm I WOULD. My case manager was ******* ******. When I first inquired but representation this lady and her peers would blow my phone up 24/7 throughout the day and was very consistent about representing me. I expressed to this lady numerous times on so many levels my concerns of communication and situation I was going through with this case, this is my first car accident mind you. After hiring this firm they Completely went ghost. No updates, emails call backs or etc. BARELY DOING THEIR JOB. Ever time I would call this firm, my case manager is unavailable. HUHHHHHH; literally every time. Anyone else experiencing this? MS. ******* ****** told me to put a pause on treatment due to liab AND NOW MY INJURY CASE LOOKS HORRIBLE. My case has disputed Facts of loss, not being able to get police report amended and unable to get camera footage of what actually happened.. do you this lady helped me! ****. I sent a letter of termination on 11/06 due to the sorry lack of consistency and communication Only till 11/25 did she confirm the ********* injury case looks horrible, thanks ms. ******* ******. Why is it thats this is probably the first negative review. I wasnt able to see any other negative review. ********* stars.Have a great day !
