    I hired ***** for a carpet cleaning. Her son came on a Sunday and cleaned the carpet. There were two stains that couldnt come out and I understood that. As the carpet dried there stains coming up and some very over saturated areas. I messaged ***** with pictures and although she was lackluster in her response she agreed to came back out a week later with her son to clean the carpet again. Before she left the second time she asked me if everything was okay and I said from what I can see its fine. After more than 24 hours we went back in the space and my heart dropped. I could see where the markings from the carpet cleaner had been made so some areas were clean and some werent and this time the carpet was BUBBLING/BUCKLING in THREE spots. I messaged ***** and her response floored me. She basically said she didnt feel she had done anything wrong, she had never had this problem before, and quote idk what to tell you. (Screenshots are attached). At this point estimates are in the area of 250-300.00 that I will have to pay to fix the carpet and make sure there is no mold or wet areas under the rug. I am at a loss and cannot believe how this situation is being handled. This is my home and my business. A carpet not cleaned to my liking I can take. I just hire a different company and call it a day. I am not a unreasonable person. But BUBBLES IN THE CARPET is a MAJOR problem and ***** basically made me feel as if there is nothing further that she will do to rectify this matter. Just sharing my experience
