    Had a similar experience to ******, I have ordered multiple times from this company over the years as I loved their sleep aid product.However, even being in the same state and city as the company it would often take weeks to receive my order after pestering the sales team for updates on when it would arrive.Horrible customer service and unprofessional business practices make me suggest to never do business with this company.

    ************* They send you fake tracking, when you inquire after 2 weeks they say it's on the way. When you try to contact them another 2 weeks later it's "out of stock." They promise to refund, but never do.
