"They want to get rid of all their junk,especially Derry extra space,and also every time theres something good in the units like scooters or motorcycles they take the picture with them in the unit but then say in fine print not included in unit,why show them if they are not included"

"Worst service they dont care they just charge f ************** and the rest they dont care first one time i pay then i call the storage and tell them when i will pick up the storage and when i went to pick up they sold the storage to someone else and never give me back my money because they say was my fault then other time i won a storage when i whent to pick up i faund out that the storage door was damaged and was forced open the items insaid was been replaced and the item i was interested was missing and a bag whit something looking like Marijuana was there i reported this to the office they come to investigate and call the police cancelling the purchase and the storage treasures never giveme back what i paid because again was my fault now i won another storage i paid the comision late but i paid they send me the invoice sayin i paid then went to pick up the storage and the items where heavy and bulky most than expected because i live far from there i make the cleaning in two days but i clean and get the recipes and pictures who proof what i did but now they block my acount saying i never pick up the storage and because i have problems before i cant bid animore because the isues i have on my address i canot make another acount they dont care what hapen they just pick your money and that is it is your problem its a problematic company to deal whit"
