    I've been on the phone with ADT for the better part of two hours. I've been through 7 customer "service" ******************* service was installed a few months ago, but DOES NOT work due to faulty installation BY ***'S OWN ADMISSION over a live phone video chat here at the house.I called the company, did a LIVE phone stream to show them, and detail the problems. *** agreed that the installer failed and promised to report and repair the problem with 48 hours. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. No calls. No contacts. No service. Nothing.I have attempted to speak to representatives today over the past two hours. Indian **** with loud background noise. On line **** No ************ the company wants to charge $59 for a service call, which it promised almost a month ago. No local home protection service. Zero customer ************ company *************** your money, time, and frustration. There is nothing "excellent" about ADT's service.

    Be aware of Adt security. I had a adt system installed 6 years ago. Was under contract for 3 years. I decided to end my service with them a couple monthes ago. Not under contract and the reason very poor customer service. Waiting on hold for 30 to 40 minutes every time you call in. Then they tell you they have to transfer you to another **** and wait on hold another 20 to 30 minutes. Awful customer service. They will lie to you and when i tried to cancel they offered me many different price options to stay. I said no. The lady i spoke with told me my account would be closed. She lied and they debited my account again. Back on the phone another long hold time. Just beware they will lie to you keep you on hold to try to get you to hang up. They should be shut down with the bad buisness practices they have.
