  Just rude and the guy is lying on me in a ****** review. I want him to prove I called him. I literally had to waste my time to double back to my old place to get stuff the movers left. Instead of an apology he lied and blamed me. I wouldn't recommend them for anything in the world solely based off of customer service. There's absolutely no reason at all for the owner manager, whoever it is who's responding to their ****** reviews to be such a hostile weirdo.

  Mrs. ******** we find it hard to believe that someone else called this office, pretending to be you, attempting to defraud our company for your financial benefit. We are sorry that the truth so clearly offends you, but we do not have interest in anything else. As we've already told you, you are no longer allowed to use our service, and we will no longer be responding to any of your works of fiction.

  They do good, honest work. They do the job, ensure payment with enough collateral on the truck (as every single other company does), and they do everything so quickly and safely. Anyone who complains about the billing process did not abide by the terms and agreements agreed upon prior to booking their move.

  Very disrespectful and rude! Argued with me for 45 minutes and tried to charge me more money for that time. The mover said he would hold the last piece of furniture "hostage" and wouldn't remove it from the truck, demanding more money, after I paid them! They were friendly until the end. I guess they were tired and took it out on me. I was about in tears when I finally got to leave them. I wrote the office about the way they treated me and the office guy turned it completely around on me and tried demeaning me saying it was all my fault!! I do NOT recommend this company! He said he had a recording of me being rude, pushy, insulting and disparaging. Unbelievable! I am pretty sure the mover showed a snip of what occurred and apparently videoed me without my knowing. I honestly do not care. I would love to see it! I asked him repeatedly to please stop and let this end on a good note, however he kept arguing. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

  The movers did a good job for the most part but when it came to damages they all but called me a liar saying they did nothing and it was all done prior. I only asked for one of the items to be fixed since it was a brand new outdoor table. They scrapped the paint off but said it was always like that. I asked ***** they supposed to point out any prior damage and he said yes they are but that was never pointed out because it wasnt there. I took a picture and 2 days after it is rusted showing clearing it was new or it would be rusted like it is now. Very rude about it over the phone. Supervisor refused to speak to me. No one has called with a resolution.
