    On 12/05/2024 I purchased an online course on Public Health. The price was high but it sounded good. On 12/06/2024 I stated to ********* Jenkins that I wanted a refund and that I made the wrong decision. ********* stated "there are no refunds." I asked her again. She continued to talk about what needs to be covered in this course. Today, I emailed her and stated "I want out." My comment was ignored and followed up with future assignments information. I don't want to partake in this program. From what I have seen thus far, the program is juvenile. Please help me get out of this. Also, as of today, she is reading what I am subscribing to and unsubscribing me. I have not contract with her and she has no ID for her organization.
