    I am requesting ******** manager/supervisor give me a call. I have had an ongoing issue with my camera that you can see in the notes of this ticket and *******. I asked ****** to escalate this for me and she refused. I have done everything she has asked. Honestly, she should not be in tech support. I know more about your product than she does. I find it hard to believe that is the best you can do. I will do the job free for a week and you will see an improvement in tech support. She just follows a template over and over and never tries to think outside of the box. I doubt she has ever used a camera in the field! I have. So again, could someone other than her please give me a call? ************ Thanks,******
