    If youre looking for professional catering services please think twice before booking this business. I booked ***** who is the owner of the new Queenie Js ***************************** food for my upcoming wedding which is a little over 8 months away. I had a conversation with her over the phone and she seemed very knowledgeable and professional at the time but I later found that she is far from professional. She offered to cater my wedding at a discounted rate as a gift because she knew my future mother in law. She also offered a payment plan which I thought was great because we all know that weddings are expensive. Things went from bad to worse swiftly. She started texting me out of the blue with payment reminders that had a different date than what we agreed on. She offered to provide samples in January but each time the date to provide samples came around she had an excuse or a new date. I shouldve gotten the samples before I made any payments but I truly trusted she was a woman of her word. After many inconsistencies I decided to cancel because I did not want to have any mishaps on my big day. I did request a refund but after she said no I let it go. I did tell her that I would dispute the charges with my bank and I still plan to do so. Three days after I canceled her services, ***** decided to go on ******** and make a very distasteful rant indirectly referring to my cancellation. After I commented on the post she blocked me and my mother in law. I would have never even written this review and no one would have ever known about her unprofessionalism had she not made her nasty ******** post. After the fact *** learned that this is not new behavior for her and she has also lied on more than one occasion including lying about being accredited by the BBB which she is not. I have multiple screenshots and recorded phone conversations to prove that all of my statements are true. To save yourself a headache please research before booking. If I could give 0 stars I would!
