    I had a small fire in thanksgiving 2022 and they came in wearing regular clothing had full access to my house and before began their task my insurance company paid for they immediately began taking all of my clothes off hangers and bagging them up for the other company hired to clean my textiles.Seemed strange but they threw away all of my refrigerator/freezer items and also made it their business to go on my back porch and threw away all of my food on my storage shelf and then after getting the inventory list they labeled it kitchen but the pictures they had to take with inventory clearly shows the food was on the back porch where no fire or smoke touched.I had a $300 area rug in my living room but instead of cleaning it as they did the other rugs they threw it away and damaged it out but when I called to speak to someone about this matter I got a nasty phone call from Bambi (project manager)scolding me about it .They used filters on my vents in my house so one of the girls stripped the screws so my vents are all open and exposed and my landlord is complaining about it.When I told Bambi I needed someone to come back out and look at the work done and completed by the young ladies because I wasnt satisfied and told her I need for them ti repair the damage caused to my walls and vent covers she said that because they helped the other company that she can send my landlord a bill for doing additional work that wasnt authorized by my insurance company or myself.Ive left messages but I havent received a call yet
