"I went online and purchased a line to add my phone to my phone was not compatible so I called the next day to cancel the line and received an email a week later they sent a Sim card out after me calling and having the line canceled and refunded only to call back two weeks later to find out the line was not canceled and you were not refunded and then they told me the only way that I wouldnt be refunded is if it was for a Sim kit and despite having my receipt in my email, showing that the kit was zero dollars that I would not be refunded after being told I would be refunded prior. I would never do business with them and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with them."
