      DO NOT EVER LET THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE via impound and if they like what they see they will try to s**** you over on the price so bad. (Bad as in a couple thousand). My dad asked them if they offered military discount they said yes and then changed it a few minutes later stating due to it being an impound they cant offer the military discount. They tried to charge me $100 to get my belongings out of my commercial vehicle which is illegal. They are just an all around scam. They lady in the front office told me that yes they would definitely sell my boat and business truck to try and recoup some of the fees. Mind you my truck and boat was towed not even 5 miles. so maximum I should be paying is maybe $600 instead they tried to charge me $3,090 if I was able to give a zero star rating I would in a heart beat

      AAA sent this company out to us, we were informed by AAA that the tow driver could bring my wife back home with her vehicle but when the tow driver arrived at her location he was intoxicated and refused to allow my wife a ride back with her vehicle and the excuse was because of covid hence he was not even wearing a mask neither was the female passenger which was with him in the tow truck upon arrival and the dog he had a dog on board was barking at my wife. When arriving at my home i asked him to place the car in the drive way but out of spite he left it in the middle of the street and Rocky ************** the driver reeked of alcohol, ***************** and being under the influence of drugs and alcohol left my wifes driver seat smelling like said substances and bodily fluid. His female passenger took photos of me and my home as they drove off.
