    They were horrible! No respect to my home (smoked inside) and smelled like alcohol. Had to fire them because the work wouldnt pass inspection by the city. So after paying almost 20K (the part hopefully looked good) is now leaking. This a warning; maybe the father who started the company was great but his son is horrible from customer service to skill.

    ***** did a awesome job on a full rebuild on my toilet. He explained everything before he started the job. And he was finished in no time. He brighten up my day. Very respectable nice person and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much *****!

    Liars! I used this so called business because my toilets started getting blackish water in them and one of the employees came out and barely looked at my hall toilet and said "You need to replace the toilets" and I said How can two break at the same time?? It has to be something else. He assured me it was the toilets. So I go out and buy two new toilets because of they brought them it would have been over ***** to put them in. Turns out it was NOT the toilets. It was my water filtration system. Which was not looked at. I finally talk to the own Matt, and he was a jerk. He refused to "pay for my new toilets" even though HIS employee told me I needed them. I am OUT of *** bucks because this company is horrible and refuse to make anything right at all. Use ****** *** Plumbing. He actually looked at everything and fixed the problem. This company is a JOKE. Big fat JOKE! They need to be shut down. They don't have empathy, only attitude. So you'll lose money or be over charged for their own mistakes. Would have given no stars if I could.
