      My experience with this company is that they mislead people into purchasing these products. I purchased a vac from them in '20 and financed it thru a company Rainbow uses called United Consumer out of ****. As I was reconciling my checkbook I noticed that I'm still being charged for this vac. I looked at my rainbow receipt and noticed that I have now paid a difference of $1400 compared to the Balance total they gave me. I called the lender, United Consumer, and they said that I still owe 6 more payments. Excuse me?!?! I'm sorry, but had I KNOWN that I would be paying more than the total they gave me I definitely would NOT have bought this. Now I'll have a vac that has ended up costing me $5000 instead of $3600. Ridiculous!!! I DON'T recommend purchasing vacs from Rainbow vacs out of Anniston, ******* and be cautious or DON'T finance anything using United Consumer.

      I don't even want to put one star cause this is A Scam. I tried the knock it out program and after 6 demos we were supposed to get our free carpet cleaner and mop. We did 7 and when we asked for our stuff they said we didn't get but 5 and told us if we schedule another demo we could get it. We decided to just forget it. So we paid full price for the rainbow and then a year later they start e-mailing us with a bill saying we still owe. That is bull c*** Do Not Get This Product!
